Refund policy

 

This Policy is ONLY applicable for DEFECTIVE OR UNOPENED ITEMS.

We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit, incorrect or damaged inside. All return and refund requests are subjected to Salon de Atti's management approval. Salon de Atti reserves the right to reject any requests according to returned products' or unforeseen conditions.

*Return and Refund Process*
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please provide the following information to our CS team within 24 hours of receiving your order at "hello@salon-de-atti.com".
1. Order number
2. Full name
3. Reasons for return/refund
4. Name of items to be returned and quantity
5. Photos of the items (e.g. the defective part or whole package to show any missing content)

Then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than assembly process, the original product will be returned to you.

When your return has been processed after receiving your items, we will send you an email confirmation. Salon de Atti will refund the original form of payment you provided. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to process.

The shipping costs WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. If your order was eligible for free delivery, we will deduct the cost of delivery from the refund unless the remainder of your order after the refund is over the total required for free delivery.

Salon de Atti is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Salon de Atti will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
